HOLIDAYS
Kids’ Campus will be closed on Monday, May 25th for Memorial Day.
The last day of school for SISD is Thursday, May 21st. That is an early dismissal day and there will be an extra charge for school children picked up by Kids’ Campus. You will see that charge on your next brightwheel invoice. All day care will be provided on Friday for schoolers. Please remember to bring lunch.
All enrollees will need to pay through Friday, May 22nd, regardless of attendance.

Friday, May 8th is all about celebrating the superheroes who don’t wear capes — they wear name badges, carry coffee, wipe tears, tie shoes, and love your children like their own.
It’s been a minute since I bragged on my incredible assistant director, teachers, aides, cook, and janitor… so buckle up, because this team deserves a standing ovation.
Every single person here brings something special — something vital — to our Kids’ Campus family. They are supportive, uplifting, personable, loving, and kind. And let me be clear: I could not do this job without them.
🌟 Ms. Rosy — my rock, my sounding board, my “talk me off the ledge” person.
🙏 Ms. G — a praying woman who covers this whole place in love and support.
💛 Ms. KK — calm, loving, and the chillest mom ever. Watching her with Demri is a daily joy.
🖤 Mr. Craig — came in seeing the world in black and white, now one of the most loving, respectful, understanding humans in the building. Growth looks GOOD on him.
⚡ Ms. Lisa G — steadfast, energetic, and always hungry for more training.
📚 Ms. Margarita — our curriculum superstar and natural leader. She shines in the master teacher role.
🌱 Ms. Lisa B — her growth has been incredible. She’s becoming such a confident, capable teacher.
🙏 Ms. Sharon — another praying lady who somehow always knows exactly what to say when I need it most.
😊 Ms. Denae — pure joy with a smile that never quits.
👶 Ms. Patience — quiet, loving, and an infant teacher extraordinaire.
🎨 Ms. Lezly — artistic, calm, and destined for a teaching position. I can’t wait to see her soar.
💫 Ms. Emily — returning with experience, a prayerful heart, and a peaceful spirit.
🌼 Ms. Bridget — excited to learn, full of heart, and has trusted us with many of her grandchildren.
💖 Please help me celebrate Childcare Provider Appreciation Day! Shower them with love, gratitude, high-fives, hugs, notes, treats — whatever your heart feels led to give. They deserve every bit of recognition and every ounce of appreciation.

CONGRATULATIONS
Congratulations to Ms. Lezly. She is April’s Employee of the Month. She has stepped up and shined working in the Gummy Bear class. Thank you, Ms. Lezly!
HEARING AND VISION
Ms. Caprice Dodson is scheduled on May 1, 2026, to do hearing/vision testing for students who are 4 and up. IF you have had these tests done with your physician, please provide us with a copy of the results. The cost is $15 for both tests and $7.50 if only one is needed.
GOOD-BYES
It is always difficult for us to say good-bye to children leaving Kids’ Campus. If this is your last month here, we will miss you! We hope you have a great summer. Please come back to visit! For all of those leaving for the summer only, you have a great summer too! We look forward to hearing all about it in August!
WELCOME
I would like to extend a big Kids’ Campus welcome to Ms. Emily Rebector and Ms. Bridget Stidham. They are both extremely excited and will continue training and learning the ropes. Both are a fantastic addition to our KCCC team. Please give them a big Kids’ Campus welcome!
SUMMER SESSION
Our summer session will start on Tuesday, May 26th. Summer is more relaxed, the schedule is less structured, and themes are planned for the children to enjoy every week. Splash Day is every Friday beginning June 5th – children wear their swimsuits to Kids’ Campus and play on the splashpad/water slide during the morning recess. Summer enrollees will receive a monthly calendar of activities and themes, and more information at the beginning of the session. School age children will have their own program with field trips. Mr. KK will be sending a letter home for those children enrolled this summer.
*Please remember that if your child begins the summer session, you are obligated to pay for the entire session. If you change your mind after the summer session begins and UN-enroll your child, you will lose your spot in the fall.
REMINDERS
Please remember our dress code policy concerning sandals/shoes. Children may wear sandals if they have a strap around the back to help keep them on their feet. Flip flops are not allowed! Children must wear closed toed shoes to play in the sand area.
Crocs type shoes must have the back and cannot be worn in the sand box.
Please check the coat racks in your child’s mailbox area and check the lost and found box. There are several jackets which need to be taken home. All unmarked clothing left after May 31st will be donated.
Remember, ALL tuition accounts must be paid in full for your child to begin the summer session.
