IMPORTANT DATES

Monday, August 3, 2026 This is the first day of attendance for all returning and new families enrolled for the Fall session.

Tuesday, August 11, 2026 This will be the final day of attendance for children enrolled only in the Summer session and for those transitioning to other schools.

Our fall Staff Development day will be in September.  The exact date will be announced once the presenter confirms availability.

Monday, September 7, 2026 Kids’ Campus will be closed in observance of Labor Day. 

SCHOOL SUPPLIES

School supply lists are available at in three convenient places:

• On our website: www.mykidscampus.com

• On the table in the entry

• From your child’s teacher (just ask for a handout)

If your child is attending for the school year, please make sure their supplies are provided on the first day.  Teachers will begin using these materials immediately, and it’s especially important for each child to have their own items ready to go. 

School age children have a shorter list to replenish consumable supplies used in their classroom.  Thes items should also be provided as soon as possible so they can fully participate in daily activities. 

REMINDERS

All tuition must be paid in full by Wednesday, August 5^th.  Tuition must be current to begin the fall session.  If your child will not attend after school starts, please let us know so we can adjust your account:

·         Drop a note in the pink basket in the entry, or

·         Send us a message on Brightwheel with your child’s last day of attendance

We will credit your account accordingly once we receive your notification.

SCHOOL-AGE CLASS

Kids’ Campus will run two morning bus routes, if needed.  To ensure we staff appropriately, children must be at KCCC and checked in no later than 7:20 AM. This allows us to determine whether a second bus run is required and to assign an additional staff member when needed.

·         First bus: leaves about 7:25 a.m.

·         Second bus (if needed): leaves around 7:40

o   Times may be adjusted once we see how the drop off flows during the first week

You must be registered for Before‑School Care for your child to attend in the morning and be transported to school. This is required for all students using morning care and bus transportation.  If at any point during the year you need to change your child’s before school status, please notify the office.  If space is available, we will update your child’s enrollment and adjust tuition accordingly.
